EASYpick® GoKarts from FKI Logistex are the ideal solution for long and unproductive walks necessary to pick low-velocity items from distant breakpack picking areas. EASYpick GoKarts streamline operations, enhance productivity, and increase accuracy by allowing batch or cluster picking of the items that traditionally slow picking processes and cause picking errors. Combining advanced pick-to-light components from FKI Logistex, wireless local area network capabilities and RF scanners, EASYpick GoKarts are cost-effective and integrate seamlessly with installed networks, order control systems, and warehouse management systems.

Each GoKart is outfitted with an onboard controller. Using wireless LAN communication the operator is directed to a picking location and confirms the location via an on-board scanner. Light displays on the cart indicate the total quantity to pick and how many to put into each container. The pick quantities for each container are confirmed by pushing a button on the display.

The design of EASYpick GoKarts focuses on ease-of-use and reliability – from the rugged chrome-plated steel frames and cast aluminum hardware to the onboard RF handheld scanners.
