UniSort® XV High-Speed Sliding Shoe Sorter

|
The UniSort® XV represents the latest in sliding shoe sortation design from FKI Logistex. Product is transported over the sorter on round tubes or flat slats, each fitted with sliding shoes guided by a track under the sorter bed. Electrical solenoid-operated divert switches interrupt the track at predetermined points to release the needed number of shoes to divert a given package. The shoes gently and positively divert the product off of the sorter and onto a take-away conveyor.
The UniSort XV can operate at speeds of up to 3.3 m/sec (650 feet per minute), yielding a carton throughput rate of 400 cartons per minute. The UniSort XV has been carefully designed to optimize space usage, maximize system throughput, reduce maintenance and limit noise. Standard sorter module sections allow for flexible creation a functional sortation system. Custom UniSort XV layouts are also available.
The Unisort XV is designed to be integrated with the full line of ancillary sortation equipment from FKI Logistex. This combination yields a sortation system that will meet and exceed your material handling requirements.

Divert Shoe: Precision molded polymer shoe with high friction carton contact surface, including contoured leading edge to prevent jams
