S-3000DT Double Tray Sorter

The S-3000DT Double-Tray Sorter combines the latest technology, high availability, and exceptional layout flexibility in a sortation system designed for customers who require extremely high capacity. Developed according to the principles used for the S-3000 tilt-tray systems, the S-3000DT has two independently controllable trays per cart, each tilting to its respective side, effectively doubling the throughput of a single-tray system. This results in a sortation system with exceptionally high capacity while occupying a minimal amount of floor space.

Backed by the sortation knowledge and experience of FKI Logistex, the S-3000DT is the answer for high-capacity, high-throughput material handling system needs with precise sortation requirements. Along with the flexibility of the mechanical design, the S-3000DT utilizes a non-proprietary control system for maximum versatility. The tray pitch can be custom-configured for each specific application from 350 mm (13.8 in.) to 750 mm (29.5 in.) in 50 mm (1.96 in.) increments.
