V-Belt Powered Roller Curves/Junctions

|
FKI Logistex V-Belt Curves and Junctions are driven by an endless V-Belt contacting the bottom side of the carrying rollers. Adjustable, flanged pressure sheaves located between each carrying roller at the inside radius of the curve, guide the belt and ensure sufficient belt contact for movement of cartons.
Standard V-Belt Curves are available for 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° and 180° of arc and equipped with 356 mm (14 in) or 610 mm (24 in) tangents at each end. Straight, curved and combination straight/curved V-Belt Junctions are available with 356 mm (14 in) or 610 mm (24 in) tangents at the drive end. Straight junctions are 30° and 45°.
Curve frames can be furnished with a constant 760mm (2.5 ft) inside radius or be provided with variable radii for True Taper Frames (TTF).

Tapered Rollers: G254AB, galvanized; 48 mm/64 mm (1.9 in/2.5 in) diameter x 16 gauge
Pressure Sheaves: 83 mm (3.25 in) diameter with sealed precision bearing, mounted on eccentric stud for adjustment
V-Belt: Endless inB in section; All components are guarded.
Centers: 51 mm (2 in) & 76 mm (3 in)
Drive Unit: End location, side mounted or underhung.
Take-Up: Manual-type, screw adjusted with tensioner, dually take-up offers non-back bending belt path.
Power Units: .37, .56, .75 & 1.1 kW (1/2, 3/4, 1 & 1 1/2 HP), TEFC, C-faced flange mount, motor/reducer for speeds up to 2 m/sec (400 ft/min)
