The FKI Logistex Mobile Belt Conveyor provides fast and efficient loading of trucks and trailers by delivering a steady flow of product to loading personnel. The fixed length belt conveyor is self propelled, steer-able and easily moved into and out of a parked trailer.

The 15.2 m (50 ft) long main belt section and pitched gravity pullout section can be extended to give full access to a 16.2 m (53 ft) long trailer. One operator can easily control all functions via controls located at the forward end.

Each unit is factory-assembled and tested and can be easily installed and operational within a few hours.

Belt Drive: 170mm (6.6 in) diameter, 1.5 kW (2 HP) motorized pulley; .48 m/sec (94 ft/min); Power - 460 volts, 3 phase / 60 hz; Capacity – 75 kg/m maximum (50 lbs/ft)

Working Height: 915 mm (36 in) (fully extended)

Belt Height: 1.2 m (46.2 in)

Controls: Located at discharge end; Belt Stop/Start push buttons; Forward/Reverse and steering joystick; Infeed conveyor pushbutton
