|
The FKI Logistex High Speed V-Belt Roller (HVR) Conveyor system is a specialized V-belt driven conveyor system. The HVR is available in many configurations and is used to feed a high speed merge conveyor or as a take-away conveyor from a high speed sliding shoe sorter.
The modular design of the High Speed V-Belt roller conveyor can be configured in multiple ways and allows for flexible system layout. In addition, the dual speed drive feature on the conveyor allows for smooth package transition from a spur conveyor section onto a curve conveyor section. The drive is accessed from above with a pivoting roller gate section providing quick and easy access for cleaning and maintenance purposes.

Curves: True Taper design
Spurs: 20° 30° and 45° configurations
Drive: Up to 2.2kW (3 HP), timing belt drive to V-belt drive sheaves, capability to run spur and curve sections at different speeds, guarding provided
Rollers: 48 mm (1.9 in) galvanized rollers with ABEC rated bearings on 50 mm (2 in) or 76 mm (3 in) centers
Axle Locks: Spring steel axle locks, one per two rollers
V-Belt Take-Up: Patented indually in take-up
V-Belt Pressure: Adjusted with multiple eccentric pressure sheaves
Speeds: Spurs Up to 3 m/sec (600 ft/min); Curves Up to 1.9 m/sec (375 ft/min); Various spur-curve speed ratios available
Spare Parts: Spare parts kits can be customized for your installation.
