The FKI Logistex E-Z Set live roller conveyor provides positive transportation and low-pressure accumulation of cases, totes, etc.
A flat belt is supported on cam adjustable pressure rollers and provides power to the carrier rollers. This unique cam design allows the quick setting and adjustment of the belt to maximize driving force for the application requirements. Higher settings provide increased drive to transfer merging and diverting products between the main line and spur junctions. Lower settings reduce the drive and allow uniform loads to accumulate without excessive line pressure.
Options include:
• Carrier rollers with ABEC precision bearings 2" (50 mm), 3" (75 mm), 4" (100 mm) & 6" (150 mm)
• Power units providing speeds up to 400 fpm (2 m/sec) for transportation.
All sections are fully-assembled and are easily joined in the field to provide economical installation and start-up.

Intermediate Section: Standard lengths of 3’ (915 mm), 6’ (1.8 m), 9’ (2.7 m) & 12’ (3.7 m) with incremental lengths ranging from 3’-1” (940 mm) to 5’-11” (1.8 m) on 1” (25 mm) increments
Frame: 6-3/8" (160 mm) deep X 10 ga. side rails; bolted construction with hex holes or lift out slots
Infeed End Drives: 3' (915 mm) Series 600, Series 800 with powered carrier rollers at 2" (50 mm) centers
Intermediate Drive: SA2000 (900 lbs. (410 kg) underhung power unit); SA20001 (800 lbs. (360 kg) side mounted power unit) manual belt take-up drive units bolt to bottom of section
Idler Section: End-type 3' (915 mm) with 3 1/2" (90 mm) crowned idler roller with manual screw adjusted take-up pulleys carrier rollers at 2" (50 mm) centers
Power Units: Fully guarded underhung or side mounted C-face motor reducer ½ - 7 ½ HP (.37 kW - 5.6 kW) with fixed speeds up to 400 fpm (2 m/sec); Timing belt drive for speeds over 180 fpm (.9 m/sec)
Live Load Capacity: 100 lbs/ft (150 kg/m) maximum
