|
The FKI Logistex Accuzone 24-volt powered roller conveyor provides zero pressure, zero contact accumulation and is one of the quietest conveyor systems available today. Its modular, “plug-n-convey” design uses brushless drive roller technology and allows for maximum layout flexibility as well as easy, low-cost start-up and maintenance.
This flexible design provides:
• Quiet operation of less than 72 dBA
• True zero contact, zero pressure accumulation
• No motor starters or high voltage cabinets to install
• No compressed air requirements
• As much as 50% energy savings compared to traditional conveyor systems
The heart of the Accuzone’s operation is in its electrical wiring and controls design. Accuzone is offered with two different methods of electrical control, which include simple low cost zone control for accumulation and singluation, as well as a fully programmable and interface-friendly DeviceNet controller. Accuzone’s wiring design also allows for easy integration into existing systems and future system expansion.
Accuzone is available in straight, belted (incline, decline and flat), curve, merge, divert, right angle transfer, junction and gate modules that may be configured as a complete system, or interfaced with traditional conveyor equipment.

Straight Modules: Lengths of 1-zone through 5-zones available, standard zone lengths of 760 mm (2.5 ft) or 610 mm (2 ft), slave sections available from 75 mm to 685 mm (3 in to 27 in)
Straight Belted Modules: Accumulating inclines and declines up to 15° which include high torque motors with brakes
Curve Modules: 30°, 45°, 60°, & 90°
Merge/Divert Modules: Right/left hand orientation, throughput rates 30+ cartons per minute, no compressed air requirements
Right Angle Transfer Modules: 90º Transfer, throughput rates 30+ cartons per minute, no compressed air requirements, right/left hand or dual sided divert orientation
Junction Modules: 30° & 45° configurations, to be used when merging onto a non-motorized roller take away conveyor or when diverting from a non-motorized roller conveyor
Gate Modules: 914 mm or 1219 mm lengths (3 ft or 4 ft), 50 mm or 75 mm roller pitch options (2 in or 3 in)
Widths: 380 mm (15 in) (Postal), 405 mm (16 in), 560 mm (22 in), 710 mm (28 in) and 865 mm (34 in) between frames
Zone Lengths: 760 mm (30 in) and 610 mm (24 in) zone lengths; Other zone lengths available upon request
Frame/Config.: Formed steel channel with integrated pick rail option, extruded plastic cover to protect wiring and controls components
Drive Rollers: 50 mm (1.9 in) diameter 24-volt motorized roller with internal planetary gear drive. Rated at 15,000 hours of accumulated run time
Idler Rollers: 50 mm (1.9 in) diameter galvanized rollers with ABEC bearings. Coupled to drive rollers with urethane drive bands
Traction Rollers: Drive and idler rollers covered with polyurethane tube where required
Roller Centers: 75 mm (3 in) pitch, can be skewed, (50 mm 2 in) pitch available on gates
Operation
Speeds: Variable in the field from 0 to 9 m/sec (180 ft/min) (higher speeds available upon request)
Input Power: 120 VAC or 220 VAC @ 50/60 Hz. (voltage to power supplies only)
Power Supplies: 24-volt DC rated at 20 amps regulated, powers up to 12 zones
Live Load: Up to 35 kg (75 lbs) per zone
Noise Rating: 72 dBA or less @ 1 m (3.3 ft)
Release Modes: Singulation and train modes available
Braking: Dynamic braking for all motors
Torque: 6 kg cm (5.25 lb in) running torque, 24.2 kg cm (21 lbs in) stall torque (higher torques available upon request)
