Accupass™

Introducing Accupass, the new pick-and-pass transfer system from FKI Logistex. Accupass is designed to meet the needs of traditional split-case picking configurations found in distribution warehouses. Its 24-volt DC construction provides excellent package control within a pre-engineered modular system that minimizes field installation time compared to conventional pick-and-pass technologies. This modularity allows Accupass to be tailored to a variety of facility layouts without the need for additional specialized engineering.

Accupass builds on the proven technology of Accuzone®, the industry-leading 24-volt motorized roller conveyor from FKI Logistex. Like Accuzone, Accupass only runs on demand, producing significant energy savings over traditional conveyor systems. Because Accupass is an entirely 24-volt system, it requires no compressed air or high-voltage drops.

Accupass operates at a weight capacity of up to 35 kg (75 lb) per package. Accupass is typically used in a horizontal series at key points of a central infeed conveyor, scanning an open carton or tote’s identifying label and transferring it left or right to conveyors feeding product pick zones. At the pick zones, product is picked into the cartons or totes and then passed along their destination route. Accupass can serve a similar function in zone-routing cartons or totes.

The Accupass modular wiring and controls scheme allows the end-user to select the network used for control. Accupass easily integrates with the PLCs or high-level control systems employed in typical distribution centers. Please consult FKI Logistex for your specific application.
