|
The FKI Logistex UniSort VII sliding shoe sorter is ideal for single or dual-sided sortation. Product is transported over the sorter on round tubes or aluminum slats fitted with a common sliding shoe. The shoes are guided by a track on both sides of the sorter and divert switches interrupt the track at predetermined divert points. The switch releases the required number of shoes to divert a given carton. The shoes then slide diagonally across the carrying surface, creating a moving wall that positively and gently slides the product off the sorter onto a take-away conveyor.
The UniSort VII is designed to be integrated with the full line of ancillary sortation equipment from FKI Logistex. This combination yields a sortation system that will meet and exceed your material handling requirements.
