FKI Logistex tilt-tray sorter solutions provide high-throughput, high-density sorting to bins, chutes or slides, and allow a wide sort variation of package weights and sizes. Tilt-tray sorters from FKI Logistex include versions with electrically controlled tilting devices, mechanically controlled tilting, and double tilt-trays.
For smalls that are difficult to sort with tilt-tray technology, or a wide packaging mix, FKI Logistex cross-belt sortation solutions are the answer. FKI Logistex also offers linear belt and sliding shoe sorter systems. Sliding shoe sortation systems from FKI Logistex give maximum throughput for a wide range of carton sizes and weights. Their "soft start" capability ensures a smooth, gradual transition from "off" to whatever speed is desired.
