Overhaul Module Program

The FKI Logistex CSS Group can help you to lower your production costs by improving your palletizer and conveyor productivity and uptime with the Overhaul Module Program. With this program you are provided with a kit of commonly used parts to rebuild a section of your machine.

The overhaul module program begins with a parts identification process where an overhaul specialist works with your machine drawings to create a machine-specific overhaul kit assembly module. Parts kits are boxed separately and contain a spreadsheet identifying all parts included in the shipment. Upon shipment, you are invoiced for the entire value of the overhaul kit.

During the first overhaul, a specialist will assist you onsite for two days at no additional charge. For subsequent overhauls, a customer service engineer is provided whose services are invoiced per the FKI Logistex Bulletin 100 rates.

Upon completion of the rebuild, you will return all unused parts to FKI Logistex. You will receive a credit against the original invoice for the value of the unused parts.
