S-3000CB Cross-Belt Sorter

The S-3000CB Cross-Belt Sorter is designed to transport and sort items that present difficulties during traditional sortation, such as fragile and high-friction items. It also accommodates a wide mix of package types within an individual batch of sorted items. The gentle belt sorting allows for the horizontal discharge of items to ensure precise position and orientation throughout the entire sortation process. System speed during operation can be up to 2.4 m/s (472 ft./min.) at just 65 dB(A).

The versatile S-3000CB uses a non-proprietary control system for maximum flexibility and includes an array of induction options, from multiple small items on one carrier to longer, heavier items spanning more than one carrier. Combining a scalable design with the ability to sort heavy items to one side of a discharge and smaller, fragile items to the other, this system can be installed in any size facility and tailored to fit a wide range of products.
