Pallet Accuglide™ Conveyor is a zero-pressure, pneumatically controlled live roller conveyor. It utilizes a continuous urethane drive pad attached to a chain as the drive medium. The urethane pad contacts the bottom surface of the carrier rollers to provide the driving force to move the loads. The conveyor consists of accumulation zones, each equipped with a sensor and air actuators. The actuators raise and lower the urethane drive pad. Loads passing over a sensor roller send a signal to lower the chain and attached driver to accumulate and provide zero line pressure accumulation.
