 Motor Operated Turntable Ring Gear - Motor Operated Turntable


The Motor Operated Turntable provides a proven method for rotating heavy loads when material flow lines intersect or change directions. The Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor bed assures positive movement of the load on and off the turntable. The motor-operated ring gear design provides a smooth, stable and reliable method of rotation. Rigidly mounted transition rollers fill the clearance voids normally created by turntables.

Transition rollers : Fixed on base, non-powered
Turntable drive : Bearing with external gear driven by pinion gear mounted to gearmotor with brake
Rotation : 90 / 180 degrees, clockwise and counter-clockwise; slip ring option provides continuous rotation
Capacity : Up to 1590 kg (3500 lbs)
Rate : 2 cycles per minute based on 90-degree rotation
Conveyor bed : Typically dual-chain box CDLR (rollers at 70 mm (2.8 in) centers); other conveyor beds also available
