Warehouse Software Suite™

The FKI Logistex Warehouse Software Suite™ (WSS) is a full-featured, scalable warehouse control system (WCS) that solves a wide range of material handling system needs, from material flow control to order and wave execution. FKI Logistex WSS supplements enterprise resource planning (ERP) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve overall accuracy and performance. By controlling a wide range of material handling equipment and software, WSS helps customers effectively manage product flow and fill the operational gaps in their automated material handling systems.

Providing flexible process management through scalable software, WSS can be integrated either as a complete warehouse execution system or as individual products.

WSS is comprised of five main software products:

-Order Manager™: Fills the gaps between business systems and execution
-Route Manager™: Directs material flow for efficient operations
-Carousel Manager™: Commands efficient storage and retrieval
-Pick Manager: Drives picking operations for on-time order fulfillment
-Crane Manager™: Optimizes automated storage and retrieval (AS/RS)


FKI Logistex WSS also features an optional Activity Manager web browser interface for visibility into operational, inventory, and order status. A secure intranet interface provides real-time monitoring of inventory, locations, orders, alarms, and web reports. With easy to navigate web interface, WSS Activity Manager provides customers with up-to-date system information, convenient and flexible data filtering, and drill-down information retrieval. The WSS Activity Manager also includes live web cameras for convenient visual activity monitoring of the facility.
