Warehouse Software Suite™: Carousel Manager™

Carousel Manager™ is a highly configurable Microsoft Windows-based warehouse control application providing all of the services associated with automatic I/E or Light Stick based carousel storage management. Operating on the latest Microsoft Windows operating systems and utilizing a Microsoft SQL Server Database, Carousel Manager is a proven member of the FKI Logistex Warehouse Software Suite™ (WSS), a full- featured, scalable warehouse control system (WCS).

Carousel Manager automatically identifies and stores containers into carousels as they are delivered by a conveyor system. Carousel Manager directs the retrieval of containers as requested by the "Host," which is the warehouse control system (WCS), warehouse management system (WMS), or FKI Logistex Order Manager™. The main purpose of Carousel Manager is to coordinate the movement of carousels and inserter/extractors (I/E) to optimally store and retrieve containers.
