FKI Logistex offers audit and remanufacturing programs that help ensure your material handling equipment and systems continue to perform reliably for the years to come.
FKI Logistex material handling audits begin with a detailed technical inspection of your machines and systems. From there, you receive a report that includes:
- Identification of all components requiring replacement or service
- Part number and pricing for all parts
- Maintenance recommendations
- Suggested modifications and/or upgrades and the associated benefit
- Suggested training needed for maintenance staff
Maximizing the return on investment in material handling equipment is important to all manufacturing companies. Many times, however, a company's existing material handling equipment cannot handle changes in production requirements, such as new products, patterns or speeds.
That's why FKI Logistex offers its remanufacturing program. Through remanufacturing and upgrading existing case and bulk palletizers and depalletizers as well as other selected material handling equipment — including non-FKI Logistex machines — your equipment can be brought back to like-new condition. All remanufactured machines offer the same warranty as new equipment.
FKI Logistex also sells used and partially remanufactured equipment and, on a selective basis, offers trade-in allowances or brokering services. In situations where existing equipment must be replaced with new equipment, FKI Logistex can often upgrade and/or modify the replaced equipment for another application.
